COST: For as little as £295.00 + vat for unlimited FREE call out, labour and service charges

| STANDARD SERVICE |
PUMP
Check oil for contamination
Drain oil
Refill with fresh oil
Check balance weight and motor drive (were applicable)
Run pump & check for leaks
Test outlet pressure |
ELECTRICS
Check condition of mains cable and plug
Examine internal wiring for visual damage/wear
Test on/of switch for visual damage/wear
Examine interior of machine control box
( the connections, earth wires wear & damage)
Check motor amperage is correct |
HYDRAULICS
Check & set pressure switch if required.
Check suction filter, clean or replace if necessary.
Drain water tank and wash out sediment.
Test and adjust ballcock.
Examine water pipes and rectify any leaks.
Check system for scale.
Descale system if necessary.
Examine high pressure hoses, guns & lances for leaks replace/repair as necessary.
Examine quick release connections and swivel couplings
Check unloader valve for correct operations
Check detergent valve/pipe work for air leaks |
BURNER
Replace fuel filter.
Remove burner, desoot as necessary.
Remove, clean, adjust or replace electrode & fuel nozzle.
Clean high tension terminals on transformer.
Check condition of HT leads.
Check burner motor.
Check operations of burner safety system if necessary.
Run a before & after emissions test
Adjust burner system fuel pressure if necessary |
